Uber Pilz (Noble Hops, take a front seat beside notes of sweet grains and bread)
Paired with: Goat Cheese Tart, Crispy Chicken Skin, Herb Salad, Chipotle Vinaigrette

Third Course:
Positively E.4th St. (Blood Orange, Tropical Citrus leads to peppery phenolics in this farmhouse ale)
Paired with:
Everything meatballs, chive cream cheese, 'pretzel' spaetzlel

4th Course:
Albino (chocolate, coffee and sweet cream dominate some nutty notes)
Paired with: Dessert Charcuterie Board, Chocolate Salami, Caramelized white Chocolate Pate, Fruit Leathers, Nut Rolls, Pretzel Biscotti
