SECOND > Portside 216 Dry Hopped Pale Ale American Pale Ale ABV: 5.7% Cleveland, Ohio
Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, grainy malt and citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. 

SECOND > Seared Cured Scallop, Seared Smoked Gouda, Apple, Endive, Walnut, Garlic Honey, Pickled Mustard Seed

THIRD > Platform Speed Merchant White IPA American IPA ABV: 6.6% Cleveland, Ohio
A sharp bite from the wheat malt is followed by American hop flavors of pine and citrus in this hazy white IPA. 

THIRD > Mole Braised Pork Cheeks, Sweet Corn Puree, Jalapeno Salsa Verde, Crunchy Aged Cheddar

Slightly sweet and balanced with roasted malts and robust coffee flavors. Carmel undertones. A special blend from Rising Star Roasters.
